The Silent Pool Distillery was once founded by a few friends in Albury Estate in the Surry Hills. This distillery is located next to the mystical Silent Pool, a lake fed by mysterious spring water.
To obtain this unique rare citrus gin, a special multi-stage process from Silent Pool is used.
