Gin Kyrö

The producer of the rye gin is the Kyrö Distillery Company. The Finnish distillery has only been in existence since 2014. The following botanicals are used for the small batch rye gin: Juniper, caraway, cranberries, birch leaves, white spar bush and sea buckthorn.

Before they are distilled with the neutral alcohol made from rye, they are distilled. The gin is produced in limited quantities.
