Koval Rye

There are two types of whiskey that are primarily associated with the USA: Bourbon and Rye.

Behind the latter variety is whiskey made on the basis of rye. It clearly stands out from its peers from Europe and has been brought to perfection by some long-established distilleries in America.

The Koval Distillery is still quite young. Opening in 2008, it was the first whiskey distillery to begin operations in Chicago after Prohibition.
