Jura THE PAPS 19 Years Old Single Malt Whisky matures in ex-bourbon casks of American white oak and 40 year old Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks. This single malt is dedicated to the three mountains (Paps) on the island of Jura. In the heart of the island you can find the holy mountain, the mountain of sound and the mountain of gold.

Tasting notes:

Colour: mahogany.

Nose: ginger cake, vanilla, balsamic vinegar.

Taste: Spicy pear, fig syrup, mocha.

Finish: Long lasting, complex, roasted walnuts.
