HYDE NO.12 - SINGLE POT STILL - BOURBON CASK MATURED

HYDE Single Pot Still is triple distilled from a complex mash bill of malted Irish barley, un-malted barley, and Irish oats.

NOSE: Slightly spicy on the nose, with some fruitiness, followed by a honey oak sweetness.

TASTE: Slightly spicy on the nose, with some fruitiness, followed by a honey oak sweetness.

FINISH: A long creamy, biscuity finish originating from the original barley and oat mash bill.

Non chill-filtered / Natural Colour. 46% ABV. 70cl.
