HYDE NO.11 - PEATED SINGLE MALT - BOURBON CASK MATURED

Hyde Peated Single Malt Irish Whiskey is made from smoked Irish malted barley grain. It is matured in ex-bourbon, first fill, flame charred, white oak casks. A peated single Malt Irish whiskey which is both sweet and smoky on the palate with flavours of honey, pear and toasted oak, followed by that unmistakably malt flavour, giving way to a full bodied peated Irish whiskey taste experience.

NOSE: Enticingly smoky with some pear and apple followed by some subtle hints of dried fruits.

TASTE: Both sweet & Smokey on the palate with flavours of honey, pear, & toasted oak followed by that unmistakable biscuity malted grain taste.

FINISH: Gives way to that full bodied, rich, creamy, Peated Irish whiskey experience!
