Highland Park has been producing one of the finest Scottish single malts on the storm-lashed Orkney Islands for over 220 years. Smoked barley malt from the malt floor provides the delicate peat notes of these island whiskies. Signatory Vintage refined the spicy smoke with creamy and fruity notes during its 18-year maturation in hogsheads, capturing it all at a robust 52% ABV.
