High West Bourbon

With this bottling, High West Whiskey is supporting the "American Prairie Reserve"; a group that is working to create the largest game reserve in the lower 48 states of America.

American Prairie Bourbon is a carefully selected blend of straight bourbons that are at least 3 - 13 years old. The maturation takes place in new charred white oak barrels.

Mash Bill: 75% corn, 21% rye, 4% barley malt from MGP; 84% corn, 8% rye, 8% barley malt from unspecified sources, other whiskey components are not disclosed to the distillery for contractual reasons.
