Green Spot

This whiskey is a unique Irish speciality which is produced in the Pure Pot Still process. It differs from other single malts in that a mixture of unmalted and malted barley is used. This is followed by a triple distillation.

An 8 year old whisky from Midleton is used, a quarter of which was stored in sherry casks. The rest was stored in a Bourbon cask.

However, the bottle label does not state that it is a pure Pure Pot Still Irish Whiskey.

Limited edition: 12.000 bottles.

Tasting notes:

Nose: fruity, malty.

Taste: Slightly spicy, fruity, malt, honey.

Finish: Long lasting, sweet, pleasant, dry.
