Elsburn Sherry

Hercynian Distilling Co. has been producing high-quality single malt whisky in the Harz Mountains, in the heart of Germany, since 2002. In 2005, the distillery moved to the picturesque Elsbach Valley near Zorge, where it gradually expanded its whisky production. Only first-class raw materials are used for production, including regional barley malt, fresh mountain spring water from Zorge and pure yeast, which guarantees the consistently high quality of the whisky.

The Distillery Edition from the Elsburn Distillery is a special classic that is matured in first fill sherry casks from Jerez. This makes it appealing not only to experienced sherry lovers, but also to those who are just discovering the world of whisky. As it is bottled without chill-filtration and without the addition of colorants, its natural character is fully preserved.
