Dalmore 21 y.o. Oloroso - Signatory

Andrew Symington is an expert in tracking down exclusive Scotch whiskies. For the Symington's Choice series, the Signatory founder personally selects a selection of rare, skillfully aged casks from some of Scotland's most famous distilleries. Among them, discerning whiskies will find some from Scotland's most famous distilleries. For example, Dalmore. Symington filled two sister casks with the Highland distillery's voluminous single malt. After 21 years, he extracted the two single casks Dalmore 2003/2024 from the first-fill Oloroso sherry hogsheads No. 14743 and No. 14736 – two of Dalmore's rare independent bottlings.

The Ledaig 2005/2024 offers a unique perspective on peat whisky from the Isle of Mull. After 19 years in the first-fill Oloroso Sherry Butt, the Islay alternative is endowed with a warm amber tone as well as strong smoke, dried fruits, nuts and maritime freshness.
