Each batch of Sherry Cask Single Malt Whiskies is unique.

The finest American and Spanish oak casks and butts, some matured with dry Oloroso sherry and others with sweet Pedro Ximenez, are used.

They all have one thing in common - maturation in sherry casks - to give the whisky a deeper more flavourful character.

Tasting notes:

Nose: Brown sugar, cherry pie, hints of roasted coffee beans.

Taste: Rich, viscous, dark stone fruits, chocolate, hints of toasted almonds.

Finish: Long lasting, peppery oak spice, dried fruit notes.

Best enjoyed neat - but also a pleasure on ice or in a cocktail.
