The Caperdonich 25 y.o. unpeated whisky is a rare single malt from a now-closed distillery, characterized by a sweet, fruity, and creamy profile with notes of blackcurrant jam, sweet pear, and milk chocolate on the nose. The palate features blackcurrant and a hint of cinnamon spice, while the finish is described as long, luscious, and sweet. It was matured for 25 years in first-fill American oak barrels and bottled at 48% ABV as part of the Secret Speyside Collection
