With its Connoisseurs Choice range, Gordon & MacPhail has been operating a visionary platform for Scottish single malts since 1968. Four cask-strength single casks complement the series for connoisseurs – starting with the Caol Ila 2007/2025. Matured in a refill sherry butt, this Islay icon developed aromas of sweet smoke, strawberry jam, and cinnamon. In contrast, 24 years in a bourbon hogshead shaped the Tormore 2000/2025 with soft notes of lemon cheesecake, banana, and butterscotch.

Gordon & MacPhail treated the Inchgower 1998/2025 to a long, full sherry maturation. Rich milk chocolate melds seamlessly with stewed plums and spices. After 28 years in American oak casks, the Ledaig 1996/2025 is a feast for peat lovers. Distilled in the peaty branch of the Tobermory Distillery on the Isle of Mull, it bursts with bright fruit notes, fresh mint, and powerful smoke.
