Canaïma Small Batch Gin

Canaïma Gin is a tribute to the Amazon rainforest. The rainforest is located in South America, mostly in Brazil and covers 6,700,000 km2. This virgin forest is home to numerous species of animals, as well as plants.

With this gin you do something good and also get a glimpse of the flavor world of the Amazon. After the separate distillation of the botanicals in copper pot stills, the blending is done by the Master Distiller.

Botanicals from the Amazon: Merey, Acai, Moriche, Tupiro, Seje, Copoazu

Traditional botanicals: juniper, lemon peel, orange peel, coriander, angelica root, caraway seeds.

10% of the profits from Canaima Gin go to the conservation and protection of indigenous peoples in the Amazon.
