The BUNNAHABHAIN 8 Years Old Single Malt #31 from Signatory Vintage's renowned 100 Proof Edition is an impressive Islay single malt Scotch whisky that impresses with its intensive cask maturation and high bottling strength. Distilled in 2016 and bottled in 2024 after eight years of maturation, this whisky was matured in a combination of first fill and second fill Oloroso sherry butts.

With a powerful alcohol content of 57.1% vol., this single malt remains unfiltered and without colorants, allowing it to fully develop its natural intensity and structure. Particularly noteworthy is the non-smoky style typical of Bunnahabhain, which sets it apart from many other Islay whiskies.
