The fourth batch bottling of the Bimber Distillery convinces again with carefully selected ex-bourbon oak casks.
Bourbon casks are made from Quercus Alba or white oak, also known as American oak. This type of wood complements the underlying character of the approachable, fruit-forward spirit, imparting sweet, rich vanilla and caramel flavors and perfectly balanced spice.
Each barrel is specially selected and blended in Bimber Distillery's handcrafted oak barrel before bottling.

This whiskey was distilled from single farm barley after it was malted on a Warminster Malting floor. Distillation took place in custom-built stills from Bimber. The casks used for the single malt are from 2017 and are one of Bimber Distillery's oldest first-fill ex-bourbon American Oak casks.
