A bottling from Signatory Vintage's renowned Cask Strength Collection. Distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2023, this Speyside single malt matured for a full 14 years in a first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead, imparting intense color, depth, and sweet and spicy complexity. With a high alcohol content of 62.1% ABV, this single cask bottling was bottled at natural cask strength, without chill filtration or coloring – in the spirit of uncompromising authenticity.

The Aultmore Distillery, founded in 1897 in the Speyside region, is known for its elegant, smooth whiskies with floral and fruity notes. In this Signatory bottling, the fine distillate meets the rich aromas of the PX sherry cask, developing a luscious flavor profile with notes of dried fruit, dark chocolate, raisins, and oak spice. The whisky is presented in the high-quality tin box of the Cask Strength Collection, which also visually distinguishes it as a premium collector's item.
