The Great Northern Distillery is known for producing Two Stacks Irish Whiskeys, a brand that is deeply rooted in the Mourne Mountains of Ireland. The brand was created by three friends, Shane McCarthy, Donal McLynn and Liam Brogan, who place particular emphasis on quality and traditional craftsmanship.
This unique cask opens up a new flavour profile in peated Irish Whiskey of cream sherry on top of a delicate camp-fire smoke, before a rich and chocolate finish. All the Two Stacks expressions are proudly offered without chill-filtering or added colouring.
