The Great Northern Distillery is known for producing Two Stacks Irish Whiskeys, a brand that is deeply rooted in the Mourne Mountains of Ireland. The brand was created by three friends, Shane McCarthy, Donal McLynn and Liam Brogan, who place particular emphasis on quality and traditional craftsmanship.
From Two Stacks comes this light and creamy Single Malt. The Double Barrel name refers to its maturation bourbon and oloroso sherry butts. Quality sherried influence on the palate with dried fruit, oily nuts, nutmeg, and dark chocolate.
