With a citrusy and woody nose and a sweet fruity palate, Tobermory 2007 Sherry Cask Finish is truly divine. You’ll detect raisins, citrus zest, some oak and hint of honeycomb on the nose, before leading to its ripe palate with nots of plum, peach halves, barrel spices beautifully balanced with sweet dates. The finish is slightly richer, with notes of dark chocolate along with more raisins and citrus peel.
