The Tamdhu 21 Years Old Speyside Single Malt is a limited premium bottling from the heart of Scotland's Speyside, known for elegant, finesse-rich single malts with fruity depth. This exceptional edition is matured entirely in first-fill Oloroso sherry casks made from Spanish oak, which gives the whisky its unmistakable intensity, color and aromatic complexity. With an alcohol content of 47.5% vol., the whisky was bottled at natural cask strength, without chill filtration and without colorant - in the name of maximum authenticity.
The 21-year maturation period brings out powerful aromas of dried fruit, dark chocolate, spicy oak and fine sherry. The Tamdhu distillery, founded in 1897, has dedicated itself entirely to traditional sherry cask maturation, making it one of the few distilleries in Scotland to use only sherry casks for storage. The elaborate selection of casks and the long maturation period give this limited edition bottling its exceptionally rich and complex character.
The elegant gift box (GB) underlines the exclusivity and makes this single malt an ideal gift or collector's item for connoisseurs of high-quality sherry cask whiskies.
