Distilled from 100% Danish malted barley in direct-fired pot stills, the whisky matured entirely in first-fill Tawny Port casks. The result balances pronounced smokiness with sweet fruits and spices: sweet campfire smoke, thyme, and heather honey are followed by notes of salted caramel, citrus, and gentle smoke, finishing with ripe plums and butterscotch.
