St. Kilian's Core Range includes whiskies composed of mild but also smoky (54 ppm) single malts, 70% of which are aged in various bourbon casks and 30% in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks.
The CLASSIC bottling is made from 100% pure barley malt and is non-smoky to its counterpart, the PEATED bottling.
Bottled in natural color and not chill-filtered in the iconic St. Kilian pot-still bottle, it is the classic mildly fruity single malt of the St. Kilian Core Range.
