The story goes that the first emperors of Japan were descended from a sea princess and a dragon. Inspired by this legend, in which the princess supposedly lived in a palace made of coral in the Pacific, high-quality Japanese and Pacific rums were matured in Mizunara oak barrels. Filtration was then carried out through bleached Japanese coral washed ashore to create an exceptionally refined rum called Minoki. This Coral Filtered Rum combines the mythical princess and the symbolic dragon Fuji-Yama in its design.
