The Mauny distillery was founded in 1749 and produces this rum from fresh sugar cane juice. This Mauny matured for 6 years in selected oak barrels, in which Cognac was stored before.
Tasting notes:
Colour: Amber.
Nose: fruity, spicy, flowers, hints of vanilla.
Taste: Spicy, woody, smooth, vanilla, notes of ginger and tobacco.
