The Karukera Blanc Agricole Canne Blue takes its name from the blue wax that is found on the island. The rum is produced on an island in the Caribbean called Guadeloupe.
The rum is made from sugar cane juice. After distillation it is stored for some time in selected barrels.
If you fill it into a glass, it gets a slightly milky appearance.
Tasting notes:
Color: Clear.
Nose: Flambéed banana, pears, cloves.
Flavour: Vegetable and acidic aromas, multi-faceted.
