Diamond Rock is a white agricultural rum distilled from single-pressed fresh canes.
The long, hand-cut cane is transported to the three-roll mill of our A 1710 distillery, located at Habitation du Simon in Le François, Martinique. It is crushed just once to extract its nectar.
This first and only press allows us to recover the best, purest juice.
