Port Askaig opens the door to a distillery on the north coast with two "mystery" single casks. The Port Askaig 10 y.o., matured in a toasted American oak barrel, has developed its smoky profile with notes of balsamic reduction, red apple, and blood orange. Sixteen years in a refill hogshead complement the quintessential citrus and smoky character of the Port Askaig 16 y.o. through powerful herbal notes.
