The Mortlach 17 Years Old from Signatory Vintage's premium Symington's Choice series is a single-cask bottling with a distinctive character and unmistakable depth. Distilled in 2007, this single malt matured for over 17 years in a select Oloroso sherry butt (Cask #203) before being bottled in 2024 at a robust 56.7% ABV – without chill filtration and without coloring, in keeping with authentic whisky tradition.
