Nuestra Soledad Mezcal Joven San Baltazar Guelavila 47% Vol. 0.7 l is an exceptional mezcal from the renowned Nuestra Soledad range, which allows you to experience the diversity and uniqueness of the different terroirs and traditions of Oaxaca. The Nuestra Soledad range includes mezcals that are all made from the same agave variety "Espadín", but come from six different regions of Mexico. Each of these regions brings its own flavors and traditions, taking the drinker on a journey through the different flavors of Mexico. San Baltazar Guelavila Mezcal comes from a small town in the east of Oaxaca, in the district of Tlacolula, which is part of the famous Valles Centrales region.

This mezcal is distilled in the 3 Mezquites distillery under the direction of experienced master distiller Gregorio Martínez García. The mezcal is produced with great dedication and using traditional methods. The Espadín agave is roasted in stone ovens and then distilled in copper stills. With an alcohol content of 47% vol., this mezcal offers a powerful intensity that brings out the smoky and sweet aromas of the agave in an impressive way. The limited edition of only 800 bottles makes this mezcal a particularly exclusive experience.
