Double distilled using only the best malted barley from British Columbia farmers. The patient, yet purposeful, distillation produces a complex, layered and balanced new-make spirit. The result is a refined single malt whisky, with a delicate balance of fruit and floral notes, followed with oak, vanilla, and malt on the nose.
It has a delectable creamy mouthfeed with complex oak-layered development, caramelized orange, fruit cake, blackcurrant, wood spices, and juicy malted barley, leading to a hint of sea salt with a lingering dry oak finish. When savoured with the attention it deserves, this island single malt will reveal a plethora of varied tasting notes.
