The Kanosuke Hioki Pot Still Japanese Whisky is a NAS (Non-Age Statement) single grain whisky with an ABV of 51%. It is made from a combination of unmalted and malted barley, distilled in a stainless steel pot still, and aged in new American white oak and used bourbon barrels. The whisky features notes of butter sand, apricot, and citrus on the nose, with a palate of marmalade, vanilla, and orange, and a finish with vanilla, dry ginger, and cinnamon.
