The flagship of the distillery is the Isle of Raasay single malt whisky. This whisky is bottled without the addition of artificial coloring and is not subject to chill filtration. This decision ensures the natural color and integrity of the whisky.
The Isle of Raasay spirits, including both peated and unpeated whisky, are matured separately in different cask types. These include first-fill rye whiskey casks, fresh Chinkapin oak casks and first-fill Bordeaux red wine casks.
These six casks contribute to the versatility and complexity of the whisky, which is known for its pure elegance and deep character.
Every drop of this whisky is produced on the Isle of Raasay, distilled, matured and bottled using water from its own well, the "Tobar na Ba Bàine" (the well of the pale cow).
