The Isle of Raasay Distillery combines the island's long tradition with contemporary approaches. This single malt from the Na Sia Single Cask Series spent its five-year maturation exclusively in a cask made of American Chinkapin oak. The distillate was produced entirely on the island, with the use of peated malt giving the whisky its characteristic smoky note.

On the nose, an intense dialogue unfolds between robust wood smoke and a deep fruitiness of black cherries, blackberries, and dark grapes. On the palate, the unbridled power of the cask strength of 61.3% ABV is evident in a balance of sweet cherry syrup, candied currants, and the spicy structure of the oak. The finish remains long and smoky-fruity, underscoring the complexity of this single cask bottling.
