The independent bottler's liquid archive also includes single malt from the progressive Holyrood Distillery. The flavor profile of these craft whiskies from Edinburgh is built upon a diverse range of malts and yeasts. The Holyrood 2021/2024 is one of the extremely rare single casks from this up-and-coming distillery – and was bottled exclusively for Kirsch customers from a sherry hogshead in a limited edition of just 382 bottles.
