Why? Double rye? - Because it is a blend of two different rye whiskeys and is made in such a way that it is twice as spicy as other rye whiskeys.
The Double Rye is a carefully selected blend of straight rye whiskeys that are at least 3-7 years old. The maturation takes place in new charred white oak casks.
Mash Bill: 95% rye, 5% malted barley from MGP; 80% rye, 20% malted rye from the High West Distillery.
