This unique single malt whisky is made from Salzburg Tauern rye, which grows at an altitude of over 1,000 meters above sea level.
After fermentation of the rye, the whisky is distilled using the pot still method. It is then matured for several years in selected sweet wine barrels from renowned châteaux. Each bottle of this special whisky is unique and is given an individual number.
