The GlenDronach Distillery, located in the Scottish Highlands near Huntly, is renowned for its expertise in handling Andalusian sherry casks and has been producing full-bodied single malts with a strong character since 1826. "Ode to the Dark" is a tribute to the dark, mystical aromas created by long maturation in particularly active sherry casks - with notes of leather, mocha, dark fruits and spices.
