The Garavogue 20 Year Old Single Malt is the inaugural release from Hawk`s Rock Distillery, located in County Sligo, Ireland. This limited-edition Irish whiskey is a creation of Master Blender Helen Mulholland, who aimed to blend tradition with innovation. It was initially double-distilled and aged for a minimum of 14 years in ex-bourbon American oak casks, then transferred for at least six years into Muscat, Sauternes, Pedro Ximénez Sherry and Barbadian Rum casks. This complex maturation results in a whiskey that presents a multifaceted flavour profile, featuring notes of vanilla, warm peach, apricot, spun sugar, floral hints, raisins and a balance of citrus, buttery ripe apples and a long, sweet, and fruity finish. 47% ABV
