Edradour has become renowned not only as one of Scotland’s smallest single malt distilleries, but also for the full-bodied, richly flavoured single malts it produces. To mark its 200th anniversary, Edradour has released a series of special edition whiskies — each showcasing the distillery’s unique character and craft. This particular expression has been matured in casks from one of the Rhône Valley’s top Châteauneuf-du-Pape wine estates, imparting depth, elegance, and a distinct wine-cask influence. Expect notes of dark red fruits, a subtle touch of sweet spice, and a candied malty finish that lingers beautifully.
