This thirty-three-year-old single malt was created using a traditional ‘worm tub’ condenser, which takes its name from a long copper tube, which runs through a pool of cold water. This time-honoured method improves sulphur retention, and results in an fruity, waxy profile, with a very long, tart finish. 46% ABV.
