Distilled in 2014 on the northeast coast of Islay, this single malt, named Staoisha, represents the heavily peated side of the distillery. Independent bottler Signatory Vintage matured this spirit for ten years in a combination of first- and second-fill Oloroso sherry butts. Bottled in 2025 as Edition #61 at a striking 57.1% ABV, corresponding to the historic 100 proof strength, it is bottled without chill filtration or added coloring.
