Nose
Tropical nose with a lot of fruit and some touches of yeast. Peach. Bread. Old wood. Elegant. After giving the dram some air I scent more flowers and honey, a lot of honey.
Taste
Pineapple, mango peel, papaya, bit sharp although 25 years of age. White pepper. Wood. But very mellow and elegant, no woody bitters. Unripe pear. And then, after some oxidation... honey roasted nuts.
Finish
Bit bitter at first. Vanilla. Cookies. And then again the tropical fruit re-enters. Dance of green apples and pineapple. Hint of raisins. Dry. Bit leathery.
