Amrut Rye is India's first whisky made from 100% European malted rye, aged in American oak barrels, and bottled at 50% cask strength, offering a complex flavor profile that combines spicy rye, fruity notes (like white peach and cherry), caramel, and hints of baking spices, bread, and cocoa. Its unique flavor is a result of maturation in India's accelerated climate, making it a distinct and compelling rye whisky.

Nose:

Complex aromas of white peach, melting caramel, roses, bread dough, and cassia buds. Other notes include cereal grains, rye bread, macadamia nuts, burnt bread crust, and hints of coffee bean.

Palate:

Soft and fruity with flavors of juicy cherry, ripe papaya, and creamy cocoa, complemented by bright lemon and caramel candies. Notes of caramel popcorn, apple, toasted rye bread, dark chocolate, and black tea also emerge.

Finish:

Long, refreshing, and spicy, with touches of lemon, sweet melon, quince, honey, and dry herbs.
