Pedro Ximénez (PX), Oloroso sherry, and Port casks. This non-chill filtered whisky offers a rich, indulgent profile with notes of red berries, ginger cake, and baking spices. It is bottled at 46% ABV and aims to provide a deeper, more complex character compared to the distillery's other releases.
