At Dumgoyne, distillation has followed the principle of slowness since 1833 to produce a particularly well-balanced spirit. This special bottling draws its inspiration from the white-fronted geese that visit the distillery every winter; their summer habitat in North America prompted the deliberate selection of Bourbon and virgin oak casks. The result is a whisky with a distinctive character, bottled at a robust 48.0% ABV—unfiltered and retaining its natural color.

In the glass, it presents a warm, golden-amber hue that sets the stage for a complex bouquet. On the nose, fragrant caramel cream and fresh lemon sorbet combine with a delicate note of orange marmalade and subtle oak spice. On the palate, the malt reveals an elegant structure with nuances of candied lemon and fine fruit tart, before fading into a harmonious finish of toasted oak and soft toffee.
