Distilled at the Glen Spey Distillery on October 15, 2015, this single malt matured for ten years before being bottled by the independent bottler Claxton's on April 27, 2026. What makes this edition special is the use of a PX Sherry quarter cask. The smaller volume of this cask type increases the contact area between the spirit and the wood—saturated with Pedro Ximénez sherry—resulting in an intense release of flavors. The design of the bottle, part of the "Exclusives" range, underscores this curated approach with a striking black label that features a nocturnal castle motif alongside the precise coordinates 55.14°N / 3.66°W.

Aroma: A rich bouquet of dark raisins and ripe plums unfolds on the nose, elegantly underscored by delicate vanilla and forest honey. Spicy accents of cinnamon and a hint of black pepper lend inviting depth to the aromatic profile.

Taste: The palate impresses with a full-bodied sweetness of caramel and honey, harmoniously blending with the flavor of dark cherries. A finely balanced structure of pepper and cinnamon adds multifaceted complexity to the mouthfeel.

Finish: The finish lingers with spicy notes of anise and pepper, while a subtle almond sweetness ensures a smooth and long-lasting conclusion.
