Distilled in 2016, this single malt matured for over a decade under the care of the renowned independent bottler Signatory Vintage in Pitlochry. What makes this edition special is its maturation: a finish in first- and second-fill Oloroso sherry butts imparts a complexity to the spirit that far exceeds the standard profile. As part of the "Un-Chillfiltered Collection," the whisky was deliberately left un-chillfiltered to preserve its natural oils and full texture.

Aroma: Subtle peat smoke meets the opulent sweetness of raisins and bittersweet chocolate, complemented by elegant notes of roasted almonds.

Taste: Mouth-filling notes of figs and dark berries merge with creamy caramel and the delicate sweetness of marzipan. Distinct oak spice rounds out the flavor profile with structured, mature depth.

Finish: The finish lingers with pronounced peat and a lasting impression of dark chocolate and spicy oak.
