Brother's Bond 7 Years Old Bottled-in-Bond Straight Bourbon Whisky Batch No. 0002 is a full-bodied Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whisky, produced in accordance with the strict requirements of the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897. This legislation guarantees that the Bottled-In-Bond bourbon was distilled at a single distillery during a single season and aged for at least four years under government supervision – in the case of this bottling, a full seven years, which is three years longer than required.

The mash bill consists of 51% maize, 39% rye and 10% malted rye, resulting in a distinctive high-rye bourbon with a spicy profile. Ageing takes place in heavily charred American white oak casks, with an intense barrel char lending the distillate additional depth. By foregoing chill filtration, the full spectrum of flavours is preserved. The result is a multi-layered Straight Bourbon Whiskey Batch 0002, which harmoniously combines vanilla, toasted oak, sweet caramel and subtle baking spices. Behind the brand are Ian Somerhalder and Paul Wesley, known from the US series *The Vampire Diaries*, who have channelled their passion for high-quality bourbon into this characterful bottling. 50% ABV.
